Terminal blocks
Modular terminal blocks to contact loose lead ends
We can configure custom Kelvin clamps and/or rocker arm terminals into a modular terminal block for you. This terminal block can either be integrated in a stationary test cover, or it can be shifted freely under the test cover, on the testing bench or in your customized test configuration.

Key-Facts
Modular clamp precision.
- two modular standard contactings of different size
- mechanically-solid and robust construction
- 4-wire contactings for Kelvin clamps
- 2-wire contactings for rocker arms
- integrated GO/ NoGO signal lights
Description
Unique flexibility.
We modularely configure single Kelvin-/ and or rocker arms to a terminal block which may either be located firmly installed in a test cover or mobile in the test cover, on the test table or your special application.
A typical application is the contacting of free lead ends, as test objects are often only equipped with lead ends wothout sockets.
SCHLEICH offers a wide range of clamping devices to contact free lead ends, for example for winding connections at stators. They can be equipped with 2- and 4-wire technology.
Kelvin clamps are used for the 4-wire measurement, which is performed, if low resistances are to be measured accurately. At this, the 4-wire measurement eliminates the contact resistances at the contact point.
Our Kelvin clamps´ special design assures high reliability, solid clamping and little wear. Less demanding contactings are realized by our versatile and flexible rocker arm clamps.
To save time, terminal blocks may also be extended with an automatic “loosen-function”. If the test result was GO, the tester releases the leads at the end of a test. “NoGO-results” have to be acknowledged by the operator first, before clamps open.
