Every electrical motor manufacturer knows the problem of time-consuming contacting of the motor terminal board.
In order to save a lot of time, SCHLEICH has developed a new motor terminal board connectors.
1. Production
✓ Ergonomic gripping with both hands. On the swivel lever and on the connector.
✓ Placing the motor test plug on the threaded bolts.
✓ Clamp by pressing the swivel lever into the horizontal position.
✓ Ready – start test.
2. Maintenance
✓ Changing the collets without disassembling the motor test plug into its individual parts.
✓ Change the grounding tip directly from the outside.
3. Connecting the test leads in the motor test plug
✓ Enough space is available for connection.
✓ Safe insulation by separators between the terminals and routing of the cables.
✓ Large M40 conduit with plenty of space for power and sense test leads.
