This standard applies for:
– dielectric tests with DC
– dielectric tests with AC
– dielectric tests with surge voltage, tests with surge current
– Tests with combinations of the a/m units
It only applies for testing devices and installations with a maximum operating voltage Um of 1KV. It does not apply for tests regarding compatibility of electrical or electronical devices.
SCHLEICH supplies testers that are especially designed for this standard. They are very user-friendly, ideal in practice and prepare all necessary documents and certificates after the test.
