Bonding and impregnation technology for the highest quality
Bonding and impregnation systems ensure the mechanical stability and precise positioning of the windings in the electric motor.
During the bonding process, the copper enamel wire coated with adhesive is electrically heated until the adhesive is activated. After cooling, the windings are firmly bonded.
During impregnation, resin fills the spaces between the windings, improves electrical insulation, protects against moisture and dirt, and ensures better heat dissipation – for maximum lifespan and reliability.
