PC-based engine database

Thanks to the PC control, getting started with the winding machine is extremely user-friendly. The graphical user interface enables efficient and fast operation of the winding machine.

All winding data can be stored in the integrated motor database:

Coil dimensions
Number of turns
Wire diameter
speed
etc.

All information can be quickly retrieved later via the integrated search function. The winding machine then automatically adjusts itself electrically and mechanically to the known winding configuration.

Easy preparation, automatic setup and wrapping

For a wide variety of winding tasks and coil shapes, the operator has access to a large selection of standard and custom winding templates. To begin winding, the templates are first inserted into the machine. The distance between the templates is then automatically adjusted by an electric motor.

This completes all mechanical preparations for the coil winding. The subsequent, automatic winding process produces extraordinarily low-crossing bobbins, which are very quickly integrated into the Motor can be inserted or confiscated.
