Relay Matrix Modules
More checkpoints? No problem!
The matrix modules allow you to easily duplicate the standard test outputs to the required number of test points. The test program lets you flexibly define which points are tested between – entirely according to your needs.
All relays can be switched individually, offering maximum flexibility when combining test points. This allows you to test not only between two points, but also between several simultaneously – efficiently and saving time.
For your safety, each test point is additionally equipped with a switchable discharge device. This means reliable testing with maximum protection.

Our relay matrix modules are the perfect solution for demanding test and measurement applications. They enable the precise switching of test points, the flexible combination of measuring circuits, and the safe execution of high-voltage tests.
Maximum precision thanks to modern relay technology
Depending on the application, we use electromechanical relays or reed relays.
Reed relays are particularly ideal for switching extremely low levels – perfect for sensitive signals such as sense voltages in resistance measurement. This means for you:
- Reliable measurement results
- Precise switching operations
- Maximum flexibility
Two-wire or four-wire technology – you decide
- Two-wire technology: Simple and efficient, comparable to a multimeter.
- Four-wire technology: Indispensable for precise resistance measurements.
Additional sense lines eliminate the influence of relay contacts and line resistances – for maximum accuracy in low-impedance measurements.
Test voltage application control – safety guaranteed
Absolute process reliability is crucial in high-voltage testing. Our solution:
- Voltage feedback measurement directly at the test object
- Contact monitoring for reliable testing
This ensures that the test voltage is actually applied to the DUT – for maximum safety.
Integrated discharge – protection for the operator
Test objects store energy after certain tests. Our modules offer:
- Switchable discharge per test point
- Automatic discharge in standby mode
- Discharge between test points and to earth (PE)
This prevents dangerous residual loads and reliably protects the operator.
Cascading – Checkpoints without limits
Do you need many checkpoints? No problem:
- Any number of modules can be combined.
- Intelligent mix of two- and four-wire technology possible
Simple control
The integrated control electronics communicate via CAN bus with CANopen protocol – for seamless integration into your test device.
