The Motor Analyzer 1 – the universal tool
The MotorAnalyzer1 is a universal testing device for electric motors and wound components. It combines ten different testing methods in a user-friendly and portable device. The combination of testing methods, its extremely compact design, and the option of battery operation make the MotorAnalyzer1 an ideal tool for on-site use – especially in challenging installation situations.
The MotorAnalyzer1 is suitable for both in-house use and on-site use at your customers' premises. Thanks to its battery-powered operation, electric motors (e.g., on a crane) can be reliably tested even in difficult installation positions.
Using a user-friendly "AutoTest", the MotorAnalyzer1 analyzes the e-Motor fully automatic by means of surge voltage, resistance, insulation resistance and inductance measurement.
In addition to electric motor testing, the MotorAnalyzer1 offers support for adjusting the brush bridge of DC motors, rod breakage testing of squirrel-cage rotors, fault location of winding short circuits in the slots of the stator and much more.

The test report with PrintCom
PC software for saving and printing test results
PrintCom is a simple and efficient solution for saving test results and printing test reports. Test results can be saved inExcel® and printed.
The PC software PrintCom is included with the MotorAnalyzer1. The test device has an integrated test result memory. This can be read out by PrintCom after each test or at a later time. PrintCom saves the test results on the PC and allows a test report to be printed.

Digital logging is a breeze with this software: It quickly transfers test data via the serial interface and displays it in a clear, organized format on your PC. Print the test report directly for your customers or save it as a PDF to help protect the environment.
File format for test results
PrintCom saves your test results ina user-friendlyformat directly in Excel®. Enjoy maximum flexibility when generating reports.

Online mode
In online mode, the testing device is continuously connected to a PC, and PrintCom is running. As soon as a new test result is generated after a test, it is immediately transmitted to the PC and stored there. Once all tests are complete, the collected results are saved.
Offline mode
Alternatively, the testing device can temporarily store the test results. This allows you to load and save the test results in PrintCom at a later time.
Network
By configuring the save path accordingly in PrintCom, you can, of course, also saveExcel® files to a network location.

In the workshop

A helpful measurement function is the AutoTest. With this, you receive all measurement results at a glance in a single, fully automatic test run.

Testing an electric motor and transferring the measurement results to a PC. There, the results are saved and printed.

Resistance measurement using two four-wire test probes. Each probe is held with its two measuring contacts against one segment of the collector. The individual resistances are determined by measuring from segment to segment around the entire collector.

Stator winding short circuit test

High-voltage testing on the electric motor between the winding and the housing, or between individual windings or to the temperature sensor.

"Neutral zone" adjustment on the DC motor. For this, the brush bridge is rotated until the neutral zone is precisely located. The MotorAnalyzer displays the deviation depending on the direction, so the operator immediately sees in which direction to rotate the carbon brush.
