We can configure individual Kelvin and/or toggle clamps into a modular terminal block for you. This block can either be permanently integrated into a test enclosure or placed in a freely movable position within the test enclosure, on the test bench, or in your specific application.

SCHLEICH offers a comprehensive range of clamping devices for connecting bare wire ends, such as those used on stator winding terminals. These can be designed for both two-wire and four-wire configurations.

Kelvin clamps are used for four-wire measurements, which are employed whenever low resistances need to be measured accurately. The four-wire measurement compensates for contact resistance at the connection point.

The special design of our Kelvin clamps ensures reliable contact, a secure grip, and minimal wear in harsh testing environments. For less demanding connection applications, we offer our versatile rocker-arm clamps.

To save time, terminal blocks can also be equipped with an automatic disconnect function for the connected wires. If the test results are "Pass," the tester disconnects the wires at the end of the test. "Fail" results must be acknowledged by the user before the terminals are released.

Individual contact units can be assembled from the individual terminal modules. The configuration is tailored to specific requirements.

In addition, the number and order of the terminal blocks, as well as the type of terminal block, can be selected freely. The number is usually the same as the number of test terminals on the respective test device.

Thanks to its compact, modular design, the test hood or workstation can be optimally adapted to any requirement.
