The SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT

Customized testing systems – for safety and function

With the SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT, you can configure exactly the test device you need. And not by installing various individual test devices into an oversized test rack, but by integrating all tests into a compact, modular housing. The final size of the test device depends on the type and scope of the integrated tests, their electrical power requirements, and the number of test points.

Your perfect test equipment configuration—thanks to the SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT!

Good to know:

The SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT

Configure your testing system to perfectly meet your specific requirements. The SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT offers a wide range of possible combinations of various testing methods. The testing methods you select from a large pool of options are determined by your specific testing task.

Whether you need one test method or a variety—you decide the configuration! For example, your test device can be configured as a specialized high-voltage tester with multiple test outputs. For more complex testing tasks, you may need a combination of all possible test methods.

The flexibility of the SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT is evident not only in the housing but also in the number and arrangement of the test unit’s connectors. With the 19-inch container—and even more so with the 19-inch industrial cabinet—the measurement connectors can be mounted on any side of the test unit. This allows us to meet all spatial requirements.

Configuration Examples

Your specific requirements determine the enclosure size

Despite their very compact design, these testers offer a wide range of testing options in a single housing. The combination of testing methods based on the SCHLEICH MODULAR CONCEPT therefore also incorporates a modular housing design.

Depending on your requirements, your application can be housed in a compact benchtop unit, a 19-inch rack-mount unit, a 19-inch enclosure, or a 19-inch industrial cabinet. To ensure the proper and safe installation of the test equipment, we use custom-fit enclosure components from renowned German manufacturers as well as components manufactured in-house.

This impressive flexibility gives you a significant functional and economic advantage. Every testing device incorporates the experience gained from thousands of installations. At SCHLEICH, this experience is put into practice consistently, passionately, and without compromise.

That is "customer-centric technology."
