They integrate earth leakage resistance testing, insulation resistance testing, high-voltage testing, and single-phase functional testing into a single device, making them ideal for end-of-line test stations and automated manufacturing processes.

Integrated security checks
Before the functional test is performed, the test equipment first performs safety checks on the device under test(DUT):
- Protective conductor resistance

Integrated functional testing
As part of the functional test, the test device first checks for a short circuit between L and N and then applies a defined operating voltage to the device under test. The following electrical parameters are then measured and evaluated:
