Functional testers with integrated safety tests
SCHLEICH's functional testers combine multiple electrical safety and quality tests into a single compact system. They integrate earth leakage current testing, insulation resistance testing, high-voltage testing, and single- or three-phase functional testing into a single device, making them ideal for end-of-line test stations and automated manufacturing processes.

Integrated security checks
Before the functional test is performed, the test equipment first performs safety checks on the device under test (DUT):
- Protective conductor resistance
- Insulation resistance
- High voltage
- ARC detection
- Leakage current, standard and medical
Integrated functional testing
As part of the functional test, the tester first checks for a short circuit between L and N or between L1, L2, and L3, and then applies a defined operating voltage to the test object. The following electrical parameters are recorded and evaluated during this process:
- Continuity test
- Test voltage: Undervoltage, rated voltage, overvoltage
- Current consumption: Inrush current, no-load current, load current
- Power consumption: Apparent power, active power, reactive power
