Beschreibung

Jeder Motorhersteller kennt das Problem der zeitaufwändigen Kontaktierung des Motorklemmbretts.
Um dabei erheblich Zeit zu sparen, hat SCHLEICH einen neuen Motorklemmbrettstecker entwickelt. Das waren uns gleich 4 Patentanmeldungen wert.

1. Produktion

 ✓  Ergonomisches Greifen mit beiden Händen. Am Schwenkhebel und am Anschluss.
 ✓  Aufsetzen des Motorprüfsteckers auf die Schraubbolzen.
 ✓  Spannen durch Drücken des Schwenkhebels in die waagerechte Position.
 ✓  fertig – Prüfung starten.

2. Wartung

 ✓  Wechsel der Spannzangen ohne den Motorprüfstecker in seine Einzelteile zu zerlegen.
 ✓  Wechsel der Erdungsspitze direkt von außen.

3. Anschluss der Messleitungen im Motorprüfstecker

 ✓  Genug Platz zum Anklemmen ist vorhanden.
 ✓  Sichere Isolation durch Trennstege zwischen den Klemmen und Führung der Kabel.
 ✓  Große M40 Verschraubung mit viel Platz für Leistungs- uns Sense-Messleitungen
