Test Method

Sense of Rotation

The sense of rotation test is performed at electric motors. The test can be performed at a completely assembled motor as well as at a stator.

The test at the motor is realised with different rotation-speed and sense of rotation sensors. For example reflection light barriers or encoder can be used.

The test at the stator is performed with static sensors to gather the sense of rotation of the magnetic field.

Which testers does SCHLEICH supply?

  • combination testers (combination with further tests)
  • fully automatic tests
  • different test probes for tests at stators
  • various tester classes
