The German version of IEC 62353 (2nd edition) applies for testing medical electric devices or systems or parts of those, which correspond to IEC 60601-1, before commissioning, maintenance, repair, inspection or after a repair or dring recurrent tests, to evaluate the safety of these medical devices, systems or parts of them.
