Test standard

LV 132

Functional and electrical safety of components on the HV on-board power supply

All LV and HV components in the vehicle can be safety-relevant.

Malfunctions could lead to serious problems and damage.

Therefore, fault simulations must also be replicated for testing.
Here are some examples of different tests:

  • Interaction between HV and LV systems
  • Testing of operational behavior in different voltage spaces
  • Interactions during dynamic voltage changes
  • Load disconnection of the HV battery
  • and more

SCHLEICH supplies test devices specialized for this standard.
These are very user-friendly, ideal for application, and provide you with all necessary documents and proofs upon completion of the test.
Naturally, the test devices are industrially networkable and MES- and CAQ-capable. The storage of raw data is also one of our typical features.

For copyright reasons, detailed information from the standard cannot be provided. The currently valid standard is decisive for the application.
