This standard applies for:
– dielectric tests with DC
– dielectric tests with AC
– dielectric tests with surge voltage, tests with surge current
– Tests with combinations of the a/m units
It only applies for testing devices and installations with a maximum operating voltage Um of 1 kV. It does not apply for tests regarding compatibility of electrical or electronical devices.
SCHLEICH supplies testers that are especially designed for this standard. They are very user-friendly, ideal in practice and prepare all necessary documents and certificates after the test.
