Inductance measurement is carried out using high-precision measurement methods that enable reliable and reproducible evaluation. In practice, both specialized hardware components developed by SCHLEICH as well as RLC measuring bridges from established manufacturers are used, which work in exact four-wire measurement technology and thus ensure the highest measurement accuracy.

The components are fully built-in into the SCHLEICH test system. All relevant measurement parameters, such as the test frequency or the measurement mode, can be flexibly and operator-friendly adjusted directly in the SCHLEICH test device. This allows the measurement to be optimally adapted to a wide range of inductances and devices under test.

For a quick and automated GO/NO-GO evaluation, the operator defines an inductance set value and an allowable percentage tolerance. The measurement results are then automatically evaluated, ensuring transparent, secure, and efficient test processes.
