Impedance measurement is performed using high-precision measurement methods that enable reliable and reproducible evaluation. In practice, both specialized hardware components developed by SCHLEICH and RLC measuring bridges from renowned manufacturers are used, which operate with precise four-wire measurement technology, thus ensuring the highest measurement accuracy.

The components are fully built-in into the SCHLEICH test system. All relevant measurement parameters, such as the test frequency, can be flexibly and operator-friendly adjusted directly in the SCHLEICH test device. This allows the measurement to be optimally adapted to a wide range of devices under test and requirements.

For a fast and automated GO/NO-GO evaluation, the operator defines an impedance set value and an allowable percentage tolerance. The measurement results are then automatically evaluated, ensuring transparent, secure, and efficient test processes.
