SEV Control Technology has a new home: SCHLEICH® Advanced Test Technologies

Dear SEV customers,

Since April 2021, SEV Control Technology GmbH, with its bonding systems division, has been part of SCHLEICH GmbH.
We are now available as your expert contact for questions regarding your existing SEV system and for new systems!

SCHLEICH has successfully distributed, developed, and manufactured bonding systems for over 30 years. SCHLEICH's focus has previously been on the thermal bonding of windings directly in the stator.

A key focus of SEV was the thermal bonding of coils in a metallic coil body directly within a winding machine. The unique selling point of SEV was the very quick shutdown of the bonding voltage in the event of a short circuit between the winding and the coil body. The advantage is that damage to the expensive coil body can thus be avoided.
This quick shutdown is now also available at SCHLEICH.

Support for existing systems will be provided for SEV customers.

For the future, we will create entirely new technological possibilities:
SCHLEICH bonding systems will be supplemented with SEV functionalities. This allows us to leverage synergies that enable new innovations.

Who is SCHLEICH?

SCHLEICH - Test at its best

We are experts in electrical safety and functional test technology, as well as Motor and winding test technology, bonding systems for windings and coils of all types, and current UV impregnation systems.

In addition to test devices, test systems, and complete production lines, SCHLEICH also offers custom-designed solutions, such as bonding systems with built-in electrical test methods that can partially or fully automatically and immediately analyze the results of bonding processes.

Furthermore, SCHLEICH consistently relies on PC technology to implement measurement technologies more quickly. PC technology enables sophisticated visualizations, such as graphical temperature profiles. It allows us to acquire, analyze, and evaluate measured values more precisely and rapidly. Likewise, memory connections and protocol printouts are integral components of the computer-aided approach.
