Calibration at your site or in the SCHLEICH Service Center
The periodic calibration of all test equipment is an essential requirement for your quality assurance. The Service Centers calibrate your test equipment in accordance with standards – either at your premises or in their facilities.
It is always recommended to have the calibration performed by a service center. Only these service centers are able to carry out the calibration or, if necessary, maintenance with firmware update professionally. Even a professional adjustment of the test device in case of non-permissible deviations from the reference value is only ensured and guaranteed by SCHLEICH or a service centre.
The calibration is of course traceable to national and international standards and fulfils the requirements of your audits.
In case of questions or malfunctions, the technical support team provides quick and competent assistance by telephone, online or directly at your site.
The Service Centers can remotely maintain your WINDOWS test equipment using the TeamViewer program. To do this, simply call up TeamViewer on your test device.
In this way you will receive the required support quickly and easily.
In order to avoid loss of time, we also offer you a rental device for the duration of the service if available.
Firmware updates are always free of charge at SCHLEICH.
