… and the winner is …
SCHLEICH, again!
In the category "51 to 200 employees," we once again distinguished ourselves in the TOP100 competition, which is unique in Germany. In a complex scientific pre-selection process, we made it to the expert jury round and won the coveted award for our company's innovative achievements. SCHLEICH has thus SCHLEICH proven itself to be one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany.
The innovation competition was held for the 29th time, with scientific support from Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. SCHLEICH secured SCHLEICH coveted award for the fifth time, following wins in 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020.
Innovative battery tester for automotive applications: GLP2-BT
The GLP2-BT stands out among the new developments of recent months. As a versatile traction battery tester, it has rapidly established itself on the market and is already being used in a huge number of automotive applications. Its easy integration into (semi-)automated processes is particularly appreciated by a large number of major automobile manufacturers and their suppliers.
Creative freedom as a driver of innovation
Creative freedom is not only found in classic product development, but also in day-to-day manufacturing and development.
Even "misfires" are a recognized part of the process and are welcomed as a necessary step in the further development of our processes and products.
It is not without reason that our credo in product development is: infinite curiosity.
Serial winner in the selection marathon
As a rule, more than 3,000 companies are interested in participating in the competition. However, a large proportion of these companies do not take part in the selection process because the requirements are too high a hurdle. We are therefore all the more proud of this renewed award and are eagerly looking forward to the award ceremony in Frankfurt am Main.
TOP100 awards ceremony in June
We are already looking forward to the TOP100 award ceremony on June 24 as part of the German SME Summit. Here, laudator Ranga Yogeshwar will personally present SCHLEICH with SCHLEICH TOP100 award for outstanding innovation management in 2022.
About TOP100
The TOP100 seal of approval has been awarded to medium-sized companies for outstanding innovation achievements since 1993. Project partners are the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW) and the Fraunhofer Society.
The selection process is scientifically supported by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, head of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and his team.
