Two of the most popular phrases in corporate communications, “looking back on a successful trade show” and having had “many interesting conversations”, unexpectedly turn out to be ‘hard news’ in 2020.
We are pleased to announce that there are encouraging news to be reported on the subject of trade fairs:
At the Volta/SCHLEICH booth, every visitor could experience for themselves that face-to-face meetings and the necessary hygiene precautions can easily be reconciled.
Our Italian sales partner Volta, with the active support of the German sales team, has set up a very comprehensive showcase of the SCHLEICH product portfolio. MotorAnalyzer 2 R2 or the MTC2 are first-class tools for testing of all kinds of winding materials. The GLP1-g with additional test cover also reliably tests hairpin windings.
Following the cancellation of almost all events planned for this year or the switch to purely digital formats, Coiltech in Pordenone took the plunge and, under the strictest hygiene measures, set up a trade show concept that allowed exhibitors and trade show visitors to have a profitable exchange of ideas on site.
Things that a few months ago would have seemed extremely odd, such as temperature checks at the contactless admission desk, wearing face masks, keeping a safe distance from other people, etc., have become routine for the visitors and exhibitors on site.
Quickfairs‘ (the trade show organizer) video offers an excellent insight into the trade show events – including the exemplary hygiene measures that made a safe trade show visit possible for everyone:
