Bonding and impregnation technology for highest quality
Bonding and impregnation systems ensure the mechanical stability and precise positioning of the windings in the electric motor.
During thermal bonding, the enameled copper wire coated with an adhesive layer is electrically heated until the adhesive is activated. After cooling, the windings are firmly connected.
During impregnation, resin fills the gaps between the windings, improving electrical insulation, protecting against moisture and dirt, and ensuring better heat dissipation – for maximum lifespan and reliability.
