Bonding impregnation technology for the highest quality
Bonding impregnation systems ensure the mechanical stability and precise positioning of the windings in electric motor.
In thermal bonding , the copper enamel wire with an adhesive layer thermal bonding heated electrically until the adhesive is activated. After cooling, the windings are firmly bonded.
During impregnation, resin fills the gaps between the windings, improves electrical insulation, protects against moisture and dirt, and ensures better heat dissipation—for maximum service life and reliability.
