PC-supported Motor memory

Thanks to PC control, getting started with a winding machine is extremely user-friendly. The graphical user interface enables efficient and fast operation of the winding machine.

In the built-in Motor memory, all relevant winding data can be stored:

Coil dimensions
Number of turns
Wire diameter
Rotational speed
etc.

All information is quickly available again later via the built-in search function. The winding machine then automatically adjusts itself electrically and mechanically to the known winding.

Simple preparation, automatic setup and winding

For a wide variety of winding tasks and coil shapes, the operator has access to numerous standard and special winding templates. For winding, the templates are first inserted into the machine. This is followed by the automatic electric motor adjustment of the winding template spacing.
