We configure individual Kelvin and/or rocker arm clamps for you in a modular fashion to form a terminal block. This can either be placed stationary in a test cover built-in freely movable in the test cover, on the test bench, or in your specific application.

SCHLEICH offers SCHLEICH comprehensive range of clamping devices for connecting free wire ends, e.g., for use on stator winding connections. These can be four-wire technology for both two-wire and four-wire technology .

Kelvin clamps are used for four-wire measurements, which are always used when small resistances need to be measured accurately. The four-wire measurement compensates for the contact resistance within the clamping point.

The special design of our Kelvin clamps ensures high contact reliability, firm clamping, and low wear in harsh testing conditions. We solve less demanding contact requirements with our versatile rocker arm clamps.

To save time, terminal blocks can also be equipped with an automatic release function for the connected cables. If the results are "good," the testing device disconnects the cables at the end of the test. "Not GOmust be operator by operator before the terminals are opened.

Individual contact units can be assembled from the individual terminal modules. The configuration is adapted to individual requirements.

The number and order of the terminal modules and the terminal type can be freely selected. The number is usually identical to the number of test connections on the respective test device.

Thanks to its compact, modular design, the test cover workstation can be optimally adapted to any requirement.
