We configure individual Kelvin and/or toggle terminals modularly into a terminal block for you. This can either be built-in stationary into a test cover or freely movable within the test cover, on the test table, or in your specialized application.

SCHLEICH offers an extensive range of clamping devices for contacting free cable ends, for example, for use on winding connections of stators. These can be implemented using both two-wire and four-wire technology.

Kelvin test tongs are used for four-wire measurement, which are always employed when small resistances need to be measured accurately. Four-wire measurement compensates for the contact resistances within the clamping point.

The specialized design of our Kelvin test tongs ensures high contact reliability, secure clamping, and low wear in demanding test operations. For less critical contacting requirements, we use our versatile toggle clamps.

To save time, terminal blocks can also be equipped with an automatic release function for connected cables. For GO-results, the test device disconnects the cables at the end of the test. Not GO-results must be acknowledged by the operator before the terminals are opened.

Custom contacting units can be assembled from individual terminal modules. The configuration is adapted to custom requirements.

The number and order of the terminal modules, as well as the terminal type, are freely selectable. The number is typically identical to the number of test connections on the respective test device.

Due to the compact, modular design, the test cover or workstation can be optimally adapted to any requirement.
