MotorAnalyzer1

Universal winding and electric motor test device

The compact design and universal application possibilities for troubleshooting on de-energized windings are the distinguishing features of this testing device.

Ten reliable tests and test procedures arebuilt-in device . The integrated battery also allows tests to be carried out without a mains power supply. It is a versatile tool for electric motor service and repair, as well as maintenance and servicing.

Key facts:

  • Universal stator, armature, electric motor, and transformer tester
  • 10 testing methods
  • Automatic switch-over the three electric motor connection cables
  • Integrated results database
  • Transfer of results to a PC via RS 232 or USB interface
  • Mains-independent battery operation with battery status indicator

The MotorAnalyzer1 – the universal tool

The MotorAnalyzer1 is a universal testing device for testing electric motors and wound components. It combines ten different test methods in a user-friendly and mobile device. The combination of test methods, its extremely compact design, and the option of battery operation make the MotorAnalyzer1 an ideal tool for on-site use—especially in difficult installation situations.

The MotorAnalyzer1 is suitable for both internal use and use at your customers' premises. Thanks to its mains-independent battery operation, electric motors (e.g., on a crane) can also be reliably tested in difficult installation positions.

Using a user-friendly "AutoTestfunction, the MotorAnalyzer1 analyzes theMotor by measuring surge voltage, resistance, insulation resistance, and inductance.

In addition to electric motor testing, the MotorAnalyzer1 provides support for adjusting the brush bridge of DC motors, testing short-circuit rotors for broken bars, locating faults in windings in the slots , and much more.

The test protocol PrintCom

PC software for Save printing test results

PrintCom is the simple and efficient solution for Save test results Save printing test reports. The test results be archived inExcel® and printed out.

The PC software PrintCom is included with the MotorAnalyzer1. The test device has an integrated test result memory. This can be read out by PrintCom after each test or at a later time. PrintCom saves the test results the PC and allows a test report to be printed.

test results , display, and print test results .

Digital logging is easy with this software: it quickly transfers the test data via the serial interface and presents it in a clearly structured format on your PC. Print out the test protocol for your customers or Save as a PDF file to protect the environment.

Storage format of test results

PrintCom stores your test results directly inExcel® format. Benefit from maximum flexibility when creating reports.

  • The software already includes a wide selection of preconfiguredExcel® test report templates in various layouts.
  • Easy customization: Customize these templates directly inExcel® to suit your requirements. For example, add additional information or design the test protocol custom your company logo.
  • You can create completely new test protocol yourself inExcel® at any time.

online mode

In online mode, the testing device is permanently connected to a PC and PrintCom is running. As soon as a new test result after a test, it is immediately transferred to the PC and collected there. Once all tests have been completed, the collected results are saved.

offline mode

Alternatively, the testing device can test results the test results . This makes it possible to load the test results into PrintCom test results a later time and Save.

network

By configuring the storage path in PrintCom accordingly, theExcel® files can of course also be Save on the network.

The areas of application

In the workshop

The AutoTest is a helpful measurement function. It provides you with all measurement results at a glance in a single, fully automatic test run.

Checking an electric motor and transferring the measurement results to a PC. The results are stored and printed there.

Resistance measurement using two four-wire test probes. Each test tip bar with its two measuring contacts on one bar each. The individual resistances are determined by measuring from bar bar the entire collector.

Winding short circuit test on stator

high voltage test electric motor the winding and the housing or between individual windings or to the temperature sensor.

"Neutral zone" adjustment on the DC motor. To do this, the brush bridge is turned until the neutral zone is found exactly. The MotorAnalyzer displays the deviation , so that the operator can immediately see in which direction he must turn the carbon brush.
