Every motor manufacturer is familiar with the problem of time-consuming connection of the motor terminal board. To save a considerable amount of time, SCHLEICH has developed SCHLEICH new motor terminal board connector. This was worth four patent applications to us.

The motor terminal plug types motor terminal plug designated according to the size of the motor-side connection thread (M4, M5, M6, M8, or M10). Due to the different distances between the threaded bolts, different versions are available for each type.

Three sizes were defined in order to cover the entire range from small to large clipboards. Functionally, they all work the same.

The connection box motor test connector offers sufficient space to comfortably connect the cables. Additional separators between the terminals and cable guides ensure safe insulation during surge voltage, high voltage, and partial discharge tests.

The motor terminal plug be Grounding spikes with one or two leading Grounding spikes . These contact the mounting screws of the terminal boards, which in turn must be connected to the motor housing. The grounding spike can be changed directly from the outside.

The collets can also be changed without having to disassemble the motor terminal plug individual parts.
