The SCHLEICH portfolio of high voltage test technology is very extensive.
It starts at 1 kV and ends with 150 kV DC HiPot testers. Within this voltage space, almost any test voltage is possible. In addition to many standard test voltages, we also supply any special test voltages tailored to your application.
In addition to the test voltage, the required Test current is, of course, also very crucial. The current space extends from safety current-limited 3 mA to many amperes.
Our DC high voltage test devices either have very precise and extremely voltage-stable DC sources of various capacities or are equipped with diodes for rectifying an AC high voltage.
The applications for high voltage test devices range from laboratory applications for type testing to routine testing in series production. The size of the devices under test knows no limits.

Switching matrixes
Often, the devices under test have more than 2 test connections. In automatic test stations, this requires appropriate switching matrixes to fully automatically run any high voltage tests between all test connections.
These matrixes are either built-in to the test device or can be connected externally as flexible matrix extensions to the test connections of the high voltage test device. The universal switching matrixes are available as standard for various pole numbers, test voltages, and Test currents in two-wire and four-wire technology.
