	Individual system solution Many years of experience, competence, know-how, "the ability to listen", taking on and realizing wishes of our customers, technical imagination - these are only some of our strong points. Owing to the modular structure of our offers, even complex test tasks become understandable and transparent for the user. Also for your task we can already draw from many years of experience and system solutions and do not have to develop the offers right from that basis. Especially this kind of "platform thinking" (GLP1, GLP2, GLP3, MTC3 ...) allows realizing test tasks fast and at reasonable prices.
	All under one roof The testers including the complete mechanics are designed and manufactured at Schleich. Thus we are not a general contractor that delegates partial solutions to subcontractors. At Schleich you really receive everything completely  manufactured under one roof. Equipped with up-to-date CNC machines our mechanics department manufactures all required components like test covers, adaptors, robot grippers, production lines, work piece carriers, contacting etc. by itself. We work on your test tasks, interfaces, etc. on our own test cards with current processors, to perform all tasks with the utmost efficiency. Thus we assemble and manufacture automatically and space-savingly with SMD parts and test the PCBs with flying-probe testers. Our control design department professionally manufactures the required cabinets. For many years our professional team of software engineers has been developing software, which can be easily used and is highly accepted by the users.
	More co-operation Regarding the conception of the solution we set a high point on the co-operation with our customers. We "are sitting in the same boat with our customers" - striving for the optimum.

	Assembly of large projects Our production site in Hemer offers some 1000 square meters production space, to be able to professionally and completely assemble and pre-accept also large projects including transfer systems and numerous work stations.
	Time schedule Our process planning and controlling prepares a time schedule adapted to your time requirements. Our aim is to bring the tester into your production in time. Any deviations in the time schedule are monitored and counteracted if necessary.
	Technical documentation By means of modern electronic and 3D-mechanics-CAD-systems we provide the necessary production documentation and plans for an optimum production. Therefore we work with software of the market leader: EPLAN P8 for the electrical design department and Inventor 10 for the mechanical design department!
	Software Our software department develops the system solution based on our universal software. Thus you do not receive cheap software only "knit" by a software engineer which cannot be updated at a later stage but a  low-maintenance, universal and professional solution. This software can be maintained and updated by any of our software engineers at a later stage. This guarantees your independence and a long lifetime of your tester.
	CUSTOMER-SERVICE The customer service and support after delivery of our tester is top priority at Schleich. As you receive "everything under one roof" from Schleich, we are thus able to react quickly and professionally. Our target is that you can use your testers for a long time. If, however, an error occurs during the warranty time you can send the tester for a repair to our site at our expense or a service engineer repairs the tester at your site.
	Confidence in our team and the individual staff members Especially this guarantees a trouble-free and longtime use of your tester. We have an exceptionally low staff turnover! Thus you can always contact the same person in our company for many years.
