If your tester needs to be calibrated, please contact our calibration department in order to arrange a date for the calibration.

Please always indicate the serial number of the tester, which can be found on the type plate of the tester. It should also be displayed after switching on the tester.

Online Support

 

For your WINDOWS tester, remote maintenance is possible. In order for us to access and maintain your system, you only need to start a certain program on your tester. This way, we can support you fast and easily.
