Based on its modular concept, this tester offers various options for combining and integrating a great variety of safety and functional test methods. A large pool of tests is available for you to select the test methods required for your particular testing task. Just one test method or a number of Qtest methods - the configuration of the tester is defined by you! For example, the GLP2-e/i can be designed as a pure high-voltage tester with 6KV, 10KV, 50KV AC/DC. For a more complex testing task, a combination of all test methods could be required. With the flexible concept of the GLP2-i, it is possible to compose a tester that meets your requirements ideally. It is not necessary to install individual testing devices for every required test method into a large service cabinet. All test methods can be integrated into an extremely compact testing device with a height of 4, 6 or 9HE (height modules). This is what we call "customer-based technology". Product DescriptionAnother important feature of the tester is the integrable automatic switch-over between low voltage tests and high voltage tests. The test object can automatically be tested in one test process, whithout having to re-connect the test connections. Thus, we are in a position to deliver individually adapted combination testers. The tester is therefore ideally suited for series production with and without result documentation. In laboratories, the GLP2 can be used for type tests and for material tests. The new generation of the GLP2 comes with an optimized technology and an attractive appearance. A special highlight is the innovative operation via touch screen in combination with a large graphics display. The tester is operated only by touching the symbols on the graphics display. Numbers and letters can be entered, too. In addition, it is, of course, also possible to connect a standard PC-keyboard and/or a barcode scanner. The GLP2-e | GLP2-i has a test program database for more than 200 test programs and a result database. The results can be stored, transmitted to a PC or printed out. Directly after testing, you can print labels on a thermal transfer printer and attach them to your products. This way you can be sure that the products you bring into the market are tested and safe. Depending on the configuration and the composition, the type of the tester will be either the extremely compact GLP2-e or, alternatively, the larger GLP2-i. As for the operating features of the tester and the performance of software and interfaces, both types are completely identical.        
Contrary to nearly all testing devices available on the market, the tester has an automatic change-over between the low voltage tests and the the high voltage tests. Therefore, the test object only needs to be connected once!

Product Overview 
Interfaces remote control of the testing device via a PCremote control of the testing device via a PLCanalog output [optional]analog input [optional]data input via standard PC keyboard and/or barcode scannerdata output via serial or parallel PC printer or via thermal transfer printerFor communicating with the electronic environment, the tester is equipped with two serial interfaces. It is possible to print and/or remote-control the tester via a PC with our software NetComXi or PrintCom. A test step generated in NetCom is transmitted to the tester, where it is performed and the result is returned to the PC. NetCom stores the result on the PC. This is the ultimate solution, because you have a test system, which documents and logs all test steps. In addition, it is possible to operate several testers in one network with a central PC. Test programs can be transmitted to the testers and the test results can be returned to the PC, where they are stored. The complete data exchange is controlled via our PC software NetComXi. For details, please refer to "NetComXi" or "PrintCom". Of course, you can also use your own software to remote-control the tester . The tester can be remote-controlled with Agilent VEE® or LabVIEW®. For LabVIEW® we can supply a high-performance driver.
