The program TViewer connects us to your tester via the Internet. A software installed on the customer side is not required. You only have to start a program and than it´s ready to go! The program is available by e-mail from us or you can download it from this side of the homepage. Please look at the bottom of this page. 
Problem-free operation - even through firewalls
The biggest problems in the use of remote software are generally cause by firewalls, blocked ports and NAT routers for local IP addresses.
These features often block the remote possibility of a tester. With TViewer, we don’t have these difficulties. The TViewer enables a connection through firewalls. 
And this is the way how it works:
Start the TViewer client we sent you via e-mail or download it from our home page. 
After the start you will see the following screen: 
Afterwards, a telephone connection between you and SCHLEICH has to be build up. Please call us or we call you. Then inform us on the ID which is shown on the screen. 
Please tell us the password shown on the screen by phone. 
And that´s all. We will now enter your ID and password in our remote software and then connect to your tester via the internet. Now we can remote control your tester. You can see on your screen what we are doing, and you can track our work.
We can also send an information window indicating e.g. "Please press the start button". This works just like a chat. If you or we finish the TViewer software, the connection is closed. We don’t have access to your system any longer. Only in case you restart the client and tell us the two numbers (which have changed) again, we can once more remote control the tester.
