Support without any installation
The program Tviewer connects us with your tester via the Internet.
A software installed on the customer side is not required. You only have to start a small program and than it´s ready to go! The program is available by E-Mail from us or you can download it from this side of the homepage. See botoom of this page.
Problem-free operation - even through firewalls
The biggest problems in the use of remote software are generally of firewalls, blocked ports and NAT routers for local IP addresses.
These features often block the remote a tester.
With Tviewer, we can overcome these difficulties.
The Tviewer enables a connection through firewalls.
And this is the way how it works:
Start the Tviewer client we sent you via email or download from our home page.
After the start you will see the following screen:
Subsequently, a telephone connection between you and SCHLEICH has to be build up.
Please call us or we call you.
Then let us know by phone the ID, witch is shown on the screen.
Tell us then by phone the password, which is shown on the screen.
And that´s all.
We will now enter your ID and password in our remote software and then connect us with your tester via the Internet. Now we can remote control your tester.
You can see on your screen what we are doing, and you can follow our work.
We can also send an info window with informations, such as "Please press the start button". This works just like a chat. If you or we finish the Tviewer software, the connection is closed. We can no longer enter into your system. Only if you restart the client and tell us again the two numbers (which have changed), we can once more remote control the tester.
