Calibration and Adjustment

SCHLEICH is certified according to ISO9001:2008.

All SCHLEICH testers are delivered with calibration certificates. For every company, the control of test equipment is very important. The regular calibration of your test equipment is a precondition for the quality assurance of your products. Therefore, we calibrate the test equipment of our customers according to standards.

We offer two types of calibration.
* „In House Calibration" means, the calibration is performed at the premises of the customer.
* „At SCHLEICH Calibration" means, the calibration is performed in our factory in Hemer.

For special devices, however, this is normally not recommendable. For standard devices, we can supply replacement devices for the duration of the calibration. If required, we can also calibrate devices from other manufacturers. Thus, you can have your calibrations done by just one supplier at reasonable prices. If the calibration shows deviating measuring values, the SCHLEICH test equipment is adjusted. This adjustment is part of our service and is included in the delivery extent of a calibration.

A calibration certificate documents the measured values before and after the adjustment. Our calibrations are based on national standards. It goes without saying that our ISO9001:2000-cetified Calibration Center also works with additional standards, like DIN EN ISO 10012 – „Requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment“. With our calibration, we also indicate the measuring uncertainties!

We calibrate according to standards. Our calibrations are DKD conform. Our calibrations fulfill the requirements of your audit.

It goes without saying that we can also calibrate devices from other suppliers professionally and at reasonable prices.
