| Test system to check switchboard air conditions |

| | The complete production is equipped with diverse testers at different production lines. The safety and functional tests take place at different work stations within the production flow. All test programs and test results are stored centrally on a server. All products are uniquely identified by barcode so that all in the data base collected results can be clearly allocated to each test object at a later stage. Thus you have a perfect and complete documentation. |

| | Besides the safety tests extensive functional tests take place. During these tests the complete work station of each air conditioning is tested under live-conditions. The different characteristics and work items are detected and evaluated automatically. Owing to the optimum fast tester software a functional tester is able to manage and evaluate four test stations parallely and independently from each other. |
| Tester for small electric motors |

| | This project consists of the tester as well as a complete test and assembly device for small electric motors. The central place is the round switching desk at which also the test among other takes place. |
| Fully-automatic production and test system for lamps |

| | The tester simultaneously performs safety and functional tests at max. four lamps. For this the lamps are contacted automatically via special adaptors at all necessary test points. The control of the different contactings is done via the tester which operates on a joint PC together with the robot controller. The data are directly exchanged between the systems on a Windows®-level within the PC. For the external communication with I/O-components a CAN-bus and the DeviceNet are used. |

| | Lamp replacing circuits are used which replace the function of the "real lamp" and are additionally able to analyze the complete wiring regarding errors. |
| Tester for window blinds and belt take-up reels with optical pattern recognition |

| | At this application a video camera evaluation was also integrated besides an extensive functional test with torque measurement. By means of this the segment displays can be tested in connection with different functions on the LCD-screen. In case for example the DCF77-time transmitter is active it is tested whether the antenna symbol is shown on the LCD. At the front panel the belt take-up reel has up to ten different control keys which are operated by the tester via free programmable miniature cylinders. The tester is able to simulate all activities which the end-user can also perform at the window blinds’ belt take-up reel. |
